What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The exact inclusions can differ depending on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises come with premium snacks and beverages, while business charters offer conference amenities and specialized catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, particularly in our busy season from May to September, we advise booking at least 2–3 weeks prior. For events like corporate gatherings and private celebrations, scheduling 4–6 weeks in advance is preferable for better selection and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is your safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are too risky, we will propose rescheduling to the nearest available date or issue a complete refund. We stay up-to-date with weather forecasts and will reach out to you if problematic weather seems likely 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may bring their own refreshments and food aboard. We can also provide top-notch catering service tailored to your taste preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass articles are prohibited on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavor to accommodate all guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with better accessibility features. We urge you to contact us with your specific needs at the time of reservation so we can advise the most appropriate yacht and prepare any necessary facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is given for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure. Cancellations done between 24 and 72 hours before departure are entitled to a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the trip unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our part.
